Cost is $400.00 for the 8-Week Sharks Water Polo Club Camp (Ages 8-18 Years Old)
Cost is $360.00 for Current St. Patrick High School Students
Our goal is to allow each individual to reach the highest possible level of competitive achievement and development in conjunction with the team. A dedicated and experienced coaching staff strives to instill confidence and pride in all team members, while working hard to improve water polo shooting, passing, endurance and overall fundamental skills and rules of the game.

I hereby represent to Sharks Water Polo Club its affiliates, shareholders, partners, officers, agents, servants, employees and representatives (collectively, “Sharks Water Polo Club”) that I am in good physical condition and am able to safely participate in Sharks Water Polo Club fitness and sports programs. I acknowledge that Sharks Water Polo Club urges every participant to have a medical check-up before participating in any of Sharks Water Polo Club programs. I appreciate the danger of physical stress, strain, or injury and assume whatever risk is involved as a result of my/my child’s use of the facilities, equipment, or services of Sharks Water Polo Club.
I hereby release and hold Sharks Water Polo Club harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, Covid-19 or injury sustained or incurred in connection with my (my child’s) use of the facilities, equipment or services of Sharks Water Polo Club, and waive any and all claims against Sharks Water Polo Club for any damage or liability resulting from or in connection with such use, except such damage which may be caused by Sharks Water Polo Club’s negligence.
I am aware there are risks to me of exposure to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from an outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus "severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)", which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.
I hereby grant Sharks Water Polo Club my consent and permission to use my/my child’s name, portrait, picture, image, video, statements and comments and to copyright, use and publish the same in whole or in part, in any media for purposes relating to the business and activities of Sharks Water Polo Club, including, but not limited to, any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
All fees are payable and due by the first day of practice. Checks must be made payable to Sharks Swim Club. NO refunds after the 7th day of placement. There will be no refunds or discounts for cancelled practices or sessions (make-ups may or may not be available). All St. Patrick High School students will receive a $25.00 discount off the camp total cost. All participants will be required to sign up as a American Water Polo Member and pay the annual fee of $55.00 (American Water Polo athlete membership).
This release, waiver and consent shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
