Custom Silicone Swim Cap Order Form
We will accept orders for the custom silicone swim caps on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 8:00pm through Sunday October 15, 2023 at 10:00pm. All orders placed before and after those dates and times will not be accepted. Each order will include two black swim caps (a pair), unless you're ordering more than one pair. The name printed on all the swim caps will be exactly as provided on the form below, including lower and uppercase lettering (cap sensitive). Payments (check, cash or credit card) will be processed through our pool office.
